APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that situations arise in which you must cancel your appointment.

It is, therefore, requested that if you must cancel your appointment you provide more than 48 hours notice.

This will enable another person who is waiting for an appointment to be scheduled. Appointments which are cancelled with less than 48 hours notification will be subject to a full cancellation fee.

The Cancellation and No Show fees are the sole responsibility of the patient and must be paid in full before the patient’s next appointment. Questions about the cancellation and no-show fees should be directed to the Management or Accounts Department by emailing charsarahirst@gmail.com

PREPAYMENT OFFERS & REFUND POLICY ON PACKAGES

For refund requests, please submit your request in writing to the admin team at charsarahirst@gmail.com

Please note that a 20% administrative fee applies to all refunds, including package deals.

In the event that unforeseen circumstances require you to modify or cancel your treatment, we kindly request that you notify us within 7 days to qualify for a refund, subject to the same 20% administrative fee.

Refunds and cancellations are available during the initial 7-day period from the purchase date. Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds for cancellations made after this 7-day window. Additionally, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for services that have already been rendered.

If you have not attended the clinic within 30 days, your patient status will be considered inactive, and your file will be archived. We accept payments in both cash and card, including MasterCard, Maestro, and Apple Pay. For your convenience, online payments via invoice or bank transfer can also be arranged.
