Please note that we reserve the right to ask your consent to deal or contact with others on your behalf and may require the presence of a consenting adult in order to care for Children. Should you wish for a copy of your records at any time, please contact us. In line with legislation, we reserve the right to charge an administration fee.
APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that situations arise in which you must cancel your appointment.
It is, therefore, requested that if you must cancel your appointment you provide more than 48 hours notice. This will enable another person who is waiting for an appointment to be scheduled. Appointments which are cancelled with less than 48 hours notification will be subject to a full cancellation fee. The Cancellation and No Show fees are the sole responsibility of the patient and must be paid in full before the patient’s next appointment.

PREPAYMENT OFFERS & REFUND POLICY ON PACKAGES
For refund requests, please submit your request in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please be aware that a 20% administrative fee applies to all refunds, including package deals.
If, due to unforeseen circumstances, you wish to change or cancel your treatment, please notify us within 12 days for a refund, with the same 20% administrative fee. Refunds and cancellations are available within the initial 12-day period from the purchase date. If you cancel after 14 days, a 50% refund of the total treatment cost will be issued. Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds or exchanges for services that have already been provided.
If you haven't attended the clinic within 30 days, we will consider you an inactive patient, and your file will be archived.
We accept payments in both cash and card, including MasterCard, Maestro, and Apple Pay. Online payments via invoice or bank transfer can also be arranged for your convenience.
